I am using 2 different marketplace integration from CED and their team is one of the best one. Not only they have great product which made my life easy, their support team is their strength.
I should appreciate Vaisali she is been so attentive in most cases also their team in other market place supports.
Also i do appreciate the Rajiv who has done a tremendous effort to the first marketplace i have connected with his remarkable experience i took another integrations with CED. looking for future integrations too with CED.
24 hours we are easy to get connected to the team via Whatsapp. can share the concern to team which is coordinated by their seniors. sometimes seniors will join and get the things are attentive to the team.

We here at RoofSmart Pads have been working with Ced Commerce and our online platforms for just over a month. We are incredibly pleased and highly impressed with the speed, professionalism, and understandability of their communication with us regarding our online and ecommerce presence/performance.
They are available for you 24 hours a day as they have teams working around the clock so there's always someone to help you. They will set up a call with you and your team as often as you'd like. We usually are able to communicate by email though so we can take screen shots and have everything in writing to refer back to.
All of the members of the team working with us take the time to send screenshots back, as well as the steps they've taken to correct any issues. They really do try to educate you along the way so that you can gain more control over your entire online existence.
They give at least 2 very thorough written reports per month. You can schedule a call as I said earlier to go over the reports with them, if you prefer.

Cedcommerce has blown us away! The team understood exactly what we needed for our website and implemented the features exactly as described. This was our first time working with a developer team and will definitely not be our last time.
Whenever i had a wish or question all i had to do was shoot the developer a message on WhatsApp and i always got a very fast and helpful reply
There were a few bugs but as soon as they were pointed out the dev team fixed it right away.

I went to cedcommerce for cart page customisation and for rewards plug-in customisation on woo commerce. Both the developments were complex customisation, that involved different shipping model, methods, multiple vendors. They were built on Dokan multivendor platform.
They have a great team of developers. They are very knowledgeable and with good attitude towards customer service. The developer took full ownership of the problem, had a good understanding of what she was dealing with and delivered them in style. The after support by Cedcommerce is excellent.
They charged us reasonably as well Cedcommerce is a company who I will definitely do business with again.
